About the Role:

Renesas Electronics is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Technical Sales Engineer to join our IoT and Infrastructure Group in Germany.

As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing Renesas revenues with a defined set of customers in Germany, focusing on our Analog, Power, and Embedded Processing product portfolio.

You will work closely with customers through direct relationships and through our distribution partners, acting as a key interface and voice of the customer.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio and its applications in the IoT and Infrastructure markets.
  • Interface professionally with customers to understand their technical needs and challenges.
  • Identify and pursue new design activity at key customers, working collaboratively with our FAE team, marketing, distribution partners, and product engineers.
  • Learn the process and skills to accurately track and forecast revenue, establishing and growing relationships across a wide range of customers.
  • Grow sales funnel and revenue, driving business growth and expansion in the region.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechatronics.
  • Highly motivated to become a Sales professional in the field of Semiconductor Industries.
  • First experience in Sales Engineering, Account Management, or Field Application Engineering through internships.
  • Knowledge of semiconductors, especially in MCU, SoC, Analog & Power devices, is beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team player attitude.
  • Accountability for all tasks within the Sales role.
  • Clear and timely communication and reporting.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • MS-Office skills.
  • Driver's License is a must.
  • Travel required (50%).
