Das Institut für medizinische und pharmazeutische Prüfungsfragen (IMPP) spielt eine zentrale Rolle in der Durchführung und Organisation der bundesweiten Prüfungen in den Bereichen Medizin, Pharmazie und psychotherapeutische Ausbildung. In naher Zukunft wird auch die Zahnmedizin in diese Verantwortung einbezogen.

Der Fachbereich Medizin sucht zur Verstärkung seines Teams eine/n

Administrative/r Mitarbeiter/in (m/w/d)Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:
  • Selbstständige Organisation des Sekretariats der stellvertretenden Direktorin sowie der Leitung des Fachbereichs Medizin.
  • Visuelle Aufbereitung von Daten für Besprechungen und die Erstellung von Präsentationen.
  • Protokollführung während Sitzungen und Veranstaltungen.
  • Empfang und Betreuung von Gästen und Besuchern.
  • Administrative Koordination des Sachverständigenwesens, einschließlich der Begleitung von Berufungsverfahren, Sitzungsplanung, Korrespondenz und Erstellung von relevanten Unterlagen.
  • Erstellung und Pflege eines Sitzungskalenders, einschließlich der Terminabstimmung für erforderliche Gremiensitzungen.
  • Aktenführung für fachbereichsbezogene Aufgaben.
Ihr Profil:
  • Abschluss einer relevanten Ausbildung im Verwaltungs- oder Bürobereich, ergänzt durch Erfahrung im genannten Aufgabengebiet oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen.
  • Erfahrungen im öffentlichen Dienst sind von Vorteil.
  • Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und wünschenswerte Englischkenntnisse.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in gängigen Office-Anwendungen und Kommunikationstechnologien.
  • Hervorragende Planungs- und Organisationsfähigkeiten, gepaart mit einer strukturierten und selbstständigen Arbeitsweise.
  • Bereitschaft, sich schnell in neue Themen einzuarbeiten.
  • Hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft, Qualitätsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und Engagement.
  • Freundliche, integre Persönlichkeit mit professionellem Auftreten und Sensibilität im Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen.

Die Anstellung erfolgt im Rahmen des Tarifvertrags für den öffentlichen Dienst der Länder (TV-L), abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und den damit verbundenen Aufgaben.
