Your Role: Director Medical Affairs - DACH Region
We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to head our DACH Medical Affairs team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the medical strategy and tactics for this region, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop the DACH Medical Affairs team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Serve as the primary medical voice of Dexcom in the DACH region, engaging with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and regulatory bodies.
- Develop and execute comprehensive medical strategies to support product launches, clinical trials, and educational initiatives.
- Provide scientific and medical expertise to internal teams, ensuring alignment with clinical evidence and best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop compelling medical messaging and materials for healthcare professionals.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in diabetes care and CGM technology, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
