We are the backbone of the German e-mobility business, representing the brand E. We bring renewable energy to the road and support individuals and companies throughout Germany to travel in a clean, quiet, and affordable way using electromobility.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Essen. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for:
- Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by managing customer requests within our CRM/Predictive Maintenance Tool, taking relevant suppression measurements, and steering our field service partners.
- Infrastructure Management: Ensuring that the charger infrastructure is maintained and inspected within the industry legislation and regulatory framework.
- Service Quality: Helping us to further improve our service quality and operational excellence.
- Business Growth: Contributing to the continuous growth of our eMobility business.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with:
- University Degree: A degree in electrical engineering or a comparable professional training.
- Industry Experience: Work experience within the eMobility industry or customer services industry.
- DC Infrastructure Operations: Initial experience in the area of DC infrastructure operations.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to problem solve at ease and prioritize workload collaboratively within the team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and German.
- Team Player: A can-do attitude with the willingness to contribute to a new business area.
