The individual seeking assistance is a wheelchair user in their early 40s, currently employed and residing independently. They are looking for support in managing daily routines and leisure activities. With a positive outlook and a good sense of humor, they navigate life with resilience despite physical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be available for communication as needed
  • Accompany the individual in various daily activities, both at home and in the community
  • Organize and participate in appointments and social outings
  • Assist with shopping, household chores, and meal preparation
  • Help plan leisure activities, manage shopping, and handle administrative tasks
  • Perform essential caregiving duties

Benefits:

Compensation includes pay for availability, with a permanent part-time contract. Working hours are structured as follows: Monday to Thursday from 16:00-7:00, Friday 14:30-11:00, Saturday 11:00-11:00, and Sunday 11:00-7:00. Additional compensation includes:

  • 50% extra for Sunday shifts
  • 125% extra for holiday work
