Überblick und Verantwortung

Als Personal Assistant - Payroll und Administration bei Ayvens bist du Teil eines dynamischen Teams, das sich auf die Bereitstellung innovativer Lösungen und technologiegestützter Dienstleistungen für unsere Kunden konzentriert. In dieser Rolle bist du verantwortlich für die Unterstützung der Personalabteilung bei der Verwaltung von Gehältern und Personalangelegenheiten.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Unterstützung bei der monatlichen Gehaltsabrechnung in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Abrechnungsdienstleister ADP unter der Einhaltung von steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Vorgaben in Abstimmung mit dem verantwortlichen Senior HR Business Partner.
  • Sicherstellung einer vollständigen Erfassung von Personalstammdaten in unseren Tools ADP LOGA, Workday und ATOSS.
  • Übernahme der Personaladministration vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt – einschließlich der Erstellung von vertraglichen Dokumenten, vom Arbeitsvertrag bis zum Zeugnis, sowie von Bescheinigungen.
  • Unterstützung des HR Business Partners bei der Durchführung des Bewerbermanagements im zugewiesenen Betreuungsbereich.
  • Mitarbeit an verschiedenen HR-Projekten und Erstellung von Reports und Statistiken.

Voraussetzungen und Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Personal.
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personal und insbesondere in der Bearbeitung der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung.
  • Gutes Know-how des aktuellen Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrechts.
  • Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, vor allem in Excel.
  • Nach Möglichkeit Kenntnisse aktueller Personaladministrationssysteme, wie z. B. ADP LOGA, Workday, ATOSS.
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
  • Strukturierte und organisationsstarke Arbeitsweise.
