Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain extensive documentation on various network topics and customers
- Analyse automation potential in the network area and contribute to its further development and administration
- Provide support in data centre operations, including installations, uninstallations, and customer concerns
- Optimise workload distribution and resource allocation in various task areas
- Participate in Daily StandUp Meetings and contribute to team discussions
- Currently completing a degree programme in computer science or business informatics, with a strong foundation in IT
- IT affinity and enthusiasm for innovative topics
- Programming/script knowledge in Python and/or Powershell is a plus
- Initial practical experience in the IT environment is an advantage
- Analytical skills and a precise way of working
- Proactive, independent, and structured approach to work
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and German
