About the Role

We are seeking an experienced People and Culture Manager to join our team at ProVeg e.V. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a mission-driven organization that aims to reduce global meat consumption by 50% by 2040.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Headhunting: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for key roles within the organization.
  • Talent Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job description drafting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
  • Organizational Development: Collaborate with the management team to drive organizational growth and development, focusing on impactful work that aligns with strategic priorities.
  • HR Business Partner: Provide HR support to management, ensuring that organizational goals are achieved through effective people management.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, mutual support, and a sense of humor among team members.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting and headhunting, with a strong understanding of international recruitment practices.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently, and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in HR or recruitment may be advantageous.
