Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a People & Culture Manager. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, onboarding new employees, and developing our employer brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the entire hiring process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Employee Onboarding: Design and deliver a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure new employees feel welcome and supported in their roles.
  • Employer Branding: Develop and maintain our employer brand, creating a positive and attractive image of our organization to potential candidates.
  • Team and Community: Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, planning team-building events and activities to promote collaboration and teamwork.
  • Learning and Development: Support the development of our employees through training, workshops, and coaching, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • People Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to HR challenges.
  • Independence: Self-motivated and able to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Teamwork: Strong team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate with others.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
