Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Get Recruited. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Act as the lead in identifying and developing strategies to achieve sales targets, acquiring new customers, and maintaining relationships with existing key customers.
- Account Management: Support and grow key accounts, generating leads, and gathering contact details.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients and other key external stakeholders, maintaining the business relationships within the industry.
- Sales Strategy: Develop an effective sales strategy encompassing new and existing clients, contributing to the overall strategy of the business.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience within a Business Development role, preferably in a global business development environment.
- Language Skills: Fluent in German and English.
- Industry Experience: Experience dealing with large customer accounts, such as OEMs, distributors, and B2B.
- Sales and Business Development Skills: Strong sales and business development skills, with a focus on identifying new opportunities.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Motivation and Organization: Highly motivated with strong organization skills.
