**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at toom. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, and driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, advising customers on products and services, and making recommendations to drive sales.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, promote products, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive shopping experience.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement goals.

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a related field is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
