Deine Aufgaben

Als Junior Customer Relationship Specialist Payroll wirst du Teil unseres Teams und wirst dich auf die Kundenbetreuung und -beratung spezialisieren. Deine Aufgaben werden sein:

  • Die telefonische und schriftliche Kundenbetreuung und -beratung
  • Die Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei Fragen zu Lohnabrechnung und -buchhaltung
  • Die Erarbeitung von Lösungsvorschlägen für die Nutzung unserer Softwaresysteme
  • Die Übernahme von Änderungswünschen und Anregungen unserer Kunden
Deine Qualifikationen

Um erfolgreich in dieser Rolle zu sein, benötigst du:

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung, z.B. Steuerfachangestellte (m/w/d), Kauffmann (m/w/d) für Bürokommunikation oder Lohn-/Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)
  • Gutes Fachwissen im Lohn ist wünschenswert
  • Proaktive, offene und dienstleistungsorientierte Denkweise
  • Spaß im direkten Kontakt mit unseren Kunden
  • Umgang mit der IT
