Front of House Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team at Ssam Korean BBQ. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless service from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and inspire our service team to consistently deliver top-notch customer service, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Service Delivery: Oversee the daily operations of the front-of-house, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery, from guest arrival to departure.
- Problem-Solving and Innovation: Think creatively to solve challenges and improve our service, whether it's a busy night or a unique guest request.
- Staff Development and Training: Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure the team is equipped to provide exceptional service.
- Guest Engagement and Feedback: Engage with our guests, collect feedback, and resolve any issues quickly to ensure every customer leaves happy.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure service is smooth and timely, maintaining open and effective communication channels.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks such as inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining records, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality management or a supervisory role.
- Creativity and Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and come up with out-of-the-box solutions for any situation.
- Leadership and Organizational Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with guests and solving issues.
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced environment.
- Cultural Fit: Passion for Korean cuisine and a love for BBQ.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, with basic German skills; other languages are a bonus.
