Wir suchen einen Digital Marketing Performance Specialist (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt auf Google Ads, um unser Team zu verstärken.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Entwicklung, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Google Ads Kampagnen zur Maximierung des Online-Traffics und der Conversion-Raten.
  • Analyse und Auswertung der Kampagnenleistung anhand relevanter KPIs wie Klickrate (CTR), Kosten pro Klick (CPC), Conversion-Rate und Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Erstellung und Pflege detaillierter Kampagnen- und Performance-Reports.
  • Durchführung von Keyword-Recherchen und -Analysen zur Identifizierung neuer Wachstumschancen.
  • Ständige Überwachung und Anpassung von Gebotsstrategien sowie Budgetverteilungen.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketingteam zur Integration von Google Ads in die umfassende Marketingstrategie.
  • Durchführung von A/B-Tests zur Optimierung von Anzeigentexten, Zielseiten und weiteren Kampagnenelementen.
  • Nutzung von Google Analytics und anderen Analysetools zur tiefgreifenden Performance-Analyse.
Dein Profil:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Management von Google Ads, idealerweise in einer Agentur oder im E-Commerce-Sektor.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Planung, Durchführung und Optimierung von PPC-Kampagnen.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Google Analytics und anderen Web-Analyse-Tools.
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und ein gutes Zahlenverständnis.
  • Kreativität und ein Gespür für ansprechende Anzeigentexte und -gestaltung.
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1, C2) sowie verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse.
