Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents in Berlin. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for serving as a consultant for advertisers, providing guidance on best practices in social media marketing.

Key Tasks:

  • Assess and optimize social media advertisement campaigns to ensure they meet performance goals and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Engage in both inbound and outbound communication regarding advertisement strategies, budget management, and campaign performance.
  • Implement customized sales funnel strategies based on customer needs, behaviors, and trends.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, identifying early-stage opportunities and challenges to craft compelling advertising solutions.
  • Develop innovative ideas to create powerful and results-driven marketing campaigns.

Training and Development:

We offer a comprehensive training program for our Digital Marketing Specialist, which includes:

  • 4 weeks of intensive training, including 2 weeks of hands-on experience and 2 weeks of nesting.
  • Shadow experienced colleagues to gain hands-on experience.
  • Complete the Meta Blueprint Certification Course in digital marketing during the training phase.

Working Hours and Compensation:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Cross Border Talents, you can expect:

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:45 AM to 05:15 PM.
  • Daily breaks include a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.
