Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Expert in Patient Safety and Quality Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of quality management systems, conducting audits, and providing expert advice to clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Conduct internal and external audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clinical teams on quality management and patient safety
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in quality management and patient safety

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare management or quality assurance
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management and patient safety, preferably in a hospital setting
  • Proven track record of leading quality improvement initiatives and implementing quality management systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clinical teams and other stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions
