Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Partner Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at FERRING Pharmaceuticals. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for implementing and executing the Pharmaceutical Quality Management System in various areas such as deviation, CAPA, change control, validation, qualification, and GMP-compliant documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and execute the Pharmaceutical Quality Management System in various areas such as deviation, CAPA, change control, validation, qualification, and GMP-compliant documentation.
  • Act as the first point of contact for quality-related issues in the operational areas.
  • Conduct training sessions for different operational departments.
  • Manage risk in operational areas.
  • Ensure compliance with quality requirements.
  • Provide assistance and expertise in areas such as deviation, CAPA, change control, training, validation, and qualification.
  • Obtain QA approval for maintenance activities and pre-approval of deviations.
  • Support GMP-compliant manufacturing, testing, and storage of pharmaceuticals.
  • Participate in audits and inspections.
  • Act as a quality liaison between operational areas and the quality organization.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a scientific or engineering field.
  • Several years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in sterile pharmaceuticals.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and requirements.
  • Familiarity with GMP and regulatory environments.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in German and English.
  • Experience in process improvement within a pharmaceutical quality management system.
  • Proficient in MS-Office programs.
  • Motivated, responsible, and team-oriented.
