Position Overview:

As a vital member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our workforce at FRESENIUS_HELIOS_HOSPITALS. Your expertise will guide our operations in maintaining a secure and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance to both our team and external partners on health and safety regulations.
  • Offer recommendations on the design of workspaces, operational workflows, and the management of hazardous materials.
  • Support leadership and staff in addressing safety-related concerns.
  • Plan and execute independent site assessments to evaluate safety practices.
  • Engage with regulatory bodies and relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in a scientific or technical field, or equivalent professional certification.
  • Additional qualifications in areas such as fire safety, waste management, or hazardous materials handling are preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, with a responsible and assertive approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and a willingness to adapt to new software tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proof of vaccination against measles is required.
