Electronic Theatre Controls (ETC) is a global leader in lighting technology for events, seeking a Field Project Coordinator (Technical Sales) to oversee operations in the DACH region, Eastern Europe, and CIS.

Position Summary:
This role will closely collaborate with rental and event management companies, focusing primarily on moving lights. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of moving lights and the live event industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a knowledgeable and approachable representative of ETC.
• Assist in technical sales efforts to ensure ETC products are specified.
• Provide information and expertise to distributors, dealers, consultants, engineers, and end-users.
• Conduct on-site visits to theaters and rental companies for demonstrations.
• Support the Regional Sales Manager with technical inquiries.
• Foster relationships with ETC dealers within the designated territory.
• Coordinate sales activities and follow up on leads.
• Demonstrate products to various stakeholders including distributors and end-users.
• Participate in trade shows as necessary.
• Prepare quotations and technical drawings based on client specifications.
• Develop and interpret specifications for ETC products.
• Train dealers and end-users on the use of ETC products.
• Assist in client interactions, including scheduling visits and training sessions.
• Act as a primary contact for ETC-related inquiries.
• Gather project information and notify the sales department of relevant updates.
• Provide feedback on product issues and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain demo equipment for the region.
• Uphold strong business relationships and support the sales team.
• Offer telephone and email support for product inquiries.
• Manage pricing and product application questions.
• Enter opportunities into the company’s CRM system.
• Complete additional tasks as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Technical background in theatrical lighting.
• Experience with lighting control consoles is advantageous.
• Extensive knowledge of theatrical lighting systems.
• Familiarity with ETC products and competitor offerings.
• Proficient in computer networking and programming.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Knowledge of additional software such as SAP, CRM systems, Acrobat, and PhotoShop.
• Understanding of AutoCAD and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
