Join Our Team as a Technical Services Apprentice

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Technical Services team as a Technical Services Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will assist in the repair and maintenance of our products, as well as support our sales department with product knowledge and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the repair and maintenance of faulty products
  • Support the sales department with product knowledge and technical expertise
  • Test, store, organize, and dispatch loan and demo equipment
  • Perform hardware and software upgrades
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of secondary school; high school or technical secondary school
  • Interest in electronics and willingness to learn electronic repair
  • Interest in professional lighting technology for theatres
  • Good basic knowledge in Mathematics, Physics, and English
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work in a team
  • Able to use hand tools, power tools, and electronic test tools
  • Able to lift items of high weight
