About the Position

This full-time role is based in Frankfurt or Düsseldorf, reporting to the General Manager. As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll oversee the local team, sales, customer service, and operations. You'll work closely with HQ in Israel, developing and implementing profit-driven strategies, managing sales efforts, and improving business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, grow, and develop a team of sales, community, and operations managers.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective strategies aligned with financial goals, overseeing in-house expenditures.
  • Manage sales efforts and implement solutions to improve business performance.
  • Drive member satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations in Düsseldorf and Frankfurt branches.
  • Collaborate with local community managers and associates to ensure high customer satisfaction and NPS results.
  • Be the point of contact for corporate matters between the German market and HQ.
  • Monitor budgets, collections, KPIs, and market performance.
  • Work with HQ stakeholders to ensure goals are met.
  • Nurture the brand through PR efforts, events, and liaison with the Marketing department.

Requirements:

  • BA/BSc/MA in relevant fields.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • 4+ years of sales experience.
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms, with Salesforce experience highly desirable.
  • Experience working on a team and leading a team player mentality.
  • Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Results-oriented work style, focused on delivery.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional organization and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in German and English.
  • A 'can-do' approach.
