About the Position
This full-time role is based in Frankfurt or Düsseldorf, reporting to the General Manager. As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll oversee the local team, sales, customer service, and operations. You'll work closely with HQ in Israel, developing and implementing profit-driven strategies, managing sales efforts, and improving business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, grow, and develop a team of sales, community, and operations managers.
- Develop and implement cost-effective strategies aligned with financial goals, overseeing in-house expenditures.
- Manage sales efforts and implement solutions to improve business performance.
- Drive member satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations in Düsseldorf and Frankfurt branches.
- Collaborate with local community managers and associates to ensure high customer satisfaction and NPS results.
- Be the point of contact for corporate matters between the German market and HQ.
- Monitor budgets, collections, KPIs, and market performance.
- Work with HQ stakeholders to ensure goals are met.
- Nurture the brand through PR efforts, events, and liaison with the Marketing department.
Requirements:
- BA/BSc/MA in relevant fields.
- 2+ years of leadership experience.
- 4+ years of sales experience.
- Comfortable using CRM platforms, with Salesforce experience highly desirable.
- Experience working on a team and leading a team player mentality.
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Results-oriented work style, focused on delivery.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional organization and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in German and English.
