Product Manager for Cataract Surgery Solutions

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at ZEISS Group. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our Lens Extraction Devices and Consumables, contributing to the improvement of patients' vision worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic product plans to meet customer and sales channel needs in the cataract surgery market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, Marketing, and Manufacturing, to ensure successful product launches.
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product development and improvement.
- Lead project teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives and drive product growth.
- Travel to various locations to engage with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to promote products and build relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Deep expertise in ophthalmology, business, technical knowledge, and application knowledge.
- Proven communication and leadership skills, with experience working in a matrix organization.
- Ability to unite teams behind a vision and drive project success.
- Strong intercultural experience and language skills, with a willingness to travel.
