About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at ZEISS Group. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic development of our Lens Extraction Devices and Consumables, contributing to the improvement of patients' vision around the globe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product strategies to drive business growth and market expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Regulatory, Clinical, Marketing, and Manufacturing, to ensure successful product launches
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer and sales channel needs and trends
  • Lead project teams and stakeholders to unite behind a shared vision and drive project success
  • Travel to various locations to support customers and sales teams, leveraging intercultural experience and language skills

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, including experience in the healthcare industry
  • Deep expertise in business, technical knowledge, and application knowledge in ophthalmology
  • Proven exceptional communication skills within a matrix organization
  • Ability to lead project teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel and contribute to diverse teams
