About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to contribute to the improvement of patients' vision around the globe and drive our global growth in Retina Surgery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of innovative medical devices and solutions for Retina Surgery
  • Drive business growth and expansion in the Retina Surgery market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute global business and marketing plans
  • Conduct market surveys and assess customer and sales channel needs
  • Develop and implement business models to drive customer value beyond single products
  • Ensure consistent implementation and business success across various functions

About You

  • Minimum 5 years' professional experience in medical device business with a broad and in-depth commercial knowledge
  • Deep expertise in two areas of business, technical knowledge, and application knowledge in ophthalmology
  • Deep customer orientation and understanding of market needs
  • Proven exceptional communication skills within a matrix organization
  • Ability to lead cross-functional project teams and unite teams behind a vision
  • Strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial drive, and marketing skills
