Ihre Aufgaben

Als Senior Referent Commercial Customer Administration sind Sie verantwortlich für die Leitung von Teammeetings und die selbstständige Abstimmung übergeordneter fachlicher Themen innerhalb des Teams und mit Schnittstellen wie Vertrieb, Pricing, Controlling, Marketing, Logistik und IT.

  • Koordination des Angebotsbearbeitungsprozesses Vistex im Team und mit Pricing sowie eigenständige Prüfung und Freigabe der Dokumente
  • Prüfung und Genehmigung gemäß Genehmigungsrichtlinien und SOPs von Kundenstammanforderungen, Rechnungskorrekturen und Retourenabwicklung
  • Selbständige Koordination und Bearbeitung interner und externer Kunden- und Außendienstkorrespondenz in Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Fachabteilungen
  • Schnittstellenfunktionen für interne und externe Anfragen
  • Koordination des Forderungsmanagements in Abstimmung mit Finanzen und innerhalb des Teams
  • Durchführung und Archivierung definierter Prüfungen im Bereich Risk Management & Internal Controls
  • Koordination des Support Ausschreibungsmanagements
  • Ausbildung von Auszubildenden gemäß Ausbilder-Eignungsverordnung
Ihr Profil

Wir suchen nach einem erfahrenen Fachmann mit:

  • Abgeschlossenem Studium oder Ausbildung in Marketing, BWL oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb oder Aftersales
  • Mindestens 10 Jahren Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP R/3 SD Modul und SAP Datenmanagement
  • Analytischem Denken und Organisationstalent
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsfreude
  • Empathie und Motivation
  • Fließenden Deutschkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr guten Englischkenntnissen
  • Kompetentem Umgang mit allen gängigen Softwarelösungen
