Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the sales and cashier counters, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash transactions, manage cash register, and ensure proper reconciliation of the scanner cash register.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the cashier area and stock shelves.
- Inventory Management: Restock shelves with attention to quality and completeness, ensuring that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to a positive and productive store environment.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, preferably in a similar role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and cash handling procedures.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Availability: Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
