We are currently seeking a Team Leader for our location in Ahlhorn.

Your New Work Environment
  • Management of the team both professionally and disciplinarily
  • Review, creation, and approval of technical drawings in compliance with norms and internal guidelines
  • Monitoring of quality criteria and deadlines
  • Development of CAD systems for digital plans and drawings
  • Collaboration with other departments to establish constructive guidelines and standards
  • Product development and enhancement
  • Travel for technical discussions locally and internationally
Your Profile
  • Degree in Civil Engineering (Bachelor/Master/CEng)
  • Quick comprehension, strong service orientation, and enthusiasm
  • First experience in team leadership and development
  • Proficient in CAD programs (Allplan, Planbar)
  • Team player with a proactive and independent work attitude
  • Aptitude for numbers and understanding of costs and processes
  • Several years of experience in concrete precast construction preferred
  • Readiness to take on responsibilities beyond your area of expertise
