WE ARE SEEKING A QUALIFIED CANDIDATEDoc PersonalBeratung GmbH is collaborating with a distinguished hospital in search of a Senior Physician specializing in Psychiatry, Psychotherapy, and Geriatric Psychiatry. Our team will assist you throughout the entire process until your contract is finalized, providing our consultation services at no cost to you.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assuming a pivotal role as a Senior Physician, representing the hospital in both internal and external capacities within an academic teaching hospital.
- Enhancing the department's service offerings and integrating innovative treatment methods for both inpatient and outpatient care.
- Overseeing departmental operations with a focus on conceptual, organizational, and financial management.
- Fostering a collegial atmosphere, demonstrating empathy, and setting a positive example for the team.
- Managing a department with over 140 beds, providing care for approximately 2,000 patients annually in line with the established care mandate.
Your Qualifications:
- Completed specialist training in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy and/or Neurology, with substantial experience in the field of Psychiatry.
- Proven leadership experience, including the ability to guide and develop staff.
- Interest in advancing the hospital's capabilities through the introduction of new methodologies.
- A responsible individual with initiative, strong organizational skills, and business insight (specialized training is advantageous).
- Empathetic and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration with various hospital departments and external medical professionals.
- Compliance with legal immunization requirements.
