As a key member of our demand planning team, you'll play a vital role in forecasting and managing demand across the region. Your expertise will ensure our supply chain aligns perfectly with customer needs for our climate solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collect and analyze regional market insights for a cluster of sales markets
* Communicate with the global demand planning team on market changes
* Maintain a local demand database
* Prepare a bottom-up sales plan for the region
* Review local S&OP plans against realization
* Challenge and support sales teams on improving forecast accuracy

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or relevant field
* Minimum 3 years experience in demand planning/forecasting
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
* Strong knowledge and experience in SAP and IBP
* Solid understanding of inventory management
