Beschreibung der Position

Als Regional Demand Planner für EMEA Central bist du ein wichtiger Teil unseres Teams und nutzt dein Fachwissen, um die Nachfrage in der EMEA-Central-Region zu prognostizieren und zu verwalten. Deine Bemühungen werden sicherstellen, dass unsere Lieferkette perfekt auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden für unsere vielfältigen Klimaschutzlösungen abgestimmt ist.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Analyse regionaler Markteinblicke für einen regionalen Cluster von Verkaufsregionen
  • Pflege der lokalen Bestandsdatenbank (Nachfragetreiber & -hemmer)
  • Erstellung eines Bottom-up-Verkaufsplans für einen regionalen Cluster von Verkaufsregionen
  • Überprüfung der lokalen S&OP-Pläne im Vergleich zur Realisierung von Periode zu Periode
  • Herausforderung und Unterstützung der Vertriebsteams bei der Verbesserung der Prognosegenauigkeit
  • Regelmäßige Kommunikation mit dem Global Demand Planning Team über Änderungen im Marktumfeld
Voraussetzungen

Deine Arbeit bildet die Grundlage unserer Nachfrageplanung, dank deines teamorientierten Ansatzes und deiner faktenbasierten Arbeitsweise. Darüber hinaus bringst du starke mathematische und statistische Kenntnisse mit. Du besitzt auch die folgenden Qualifikationen:

  • Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain Management oder anderen relevanten Bereichen
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Bestandsplanung/Prognose
  • Hervorragende schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch, einschließlich der Fähigkeit, Demand-Review-Meetings durchzuführen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in SAP und IBP
  • Solides Verständnis des Bestandsmanagements
