Metadata Coordinator

Audible GmbH is seeking a skilled Coordinator, Catalog Operations to support editorial and operational processes in Berlin. As part of a team, you will accurately enter, edit, and maintain metadata, audio assets, and image art for all products. Your focus will be on quality control and affiliations management through complete and accurate data entry of product metadata, utilizing various tools to research ad-hoc requests.
Your Responsibilities- Perform, process, and verify daily metadata update and correction requests via tickets or other sources, ensuring timely responses.
- Enhance customer discovery by creating, verifying, and updating product relationships, such as Category Assignments, Series Affiliation, Title Authority, and Contributor Authority.
- Monitor and act on regular reports to ensure timely audiobook releases with accurate and complete metadata, and up-to-date metadata throughout products' lifecycles.
- Envision, articulate, implement, and document streamlined processes and workflows, fostering alignment across departmental teams for maximized standardization across metadata-related workflows.
