Job Description

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Success Manager to join our team at Lucanet. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for shaping successful collaborations with our partners and driving continuous development of our existing partnerships.

This includes onboarding, enablement, training, and expanding our partners, ensuring they are fully equipped to meet the evolving demands of the market and deliver our solutions successfully. You will also play a major role in our NPS survey process, ensuring high participation rates and satisfaction among partners and partner customers.

Additionally, as a Partner Success Manager, you will be responsible for the continual development and enhancement of our Partner Certifications and Programs, reinforcing our commitment to partner success and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partnership Relationship Management: Actively maintain and expand strong relationships with existing partners, identifying and executing opportunities for long-term growth.
  • Partner Onboarding, Enablement, and Training: Develop and execute comprehensive training programs focused on delivery, ensuring partners are well-versed in our product offerings and partner programs.
  • Certification and Program Development: Continuously develop and enhance Partner Certifications and Programs, ensuring they remain relevant and valuable to our partners and support the Lucanet Group business plans.
  • Problem Solving: Support partners in solving challenges that disrupt them from offering the best service to their customers.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on the performance of the partner program, enablement measures, and NPS results in alignment with other internal teams.
  • Feedback Loop: Serve as a voice of the partner and partner customers within the Lucanet Group, providing feedback to the product and engineering teams to help shape future product developments.
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS) Management: Work closely with the Customer Success team to align the NPS process specifically to the needs of our partners and their customers.
  • Partner Service Offerings: Improve and develop our partner's service offerings from a strategic angle and manage the implementation of the service offerings within Lucanet.
  • Tool-based Improvements: Analyze and improve our partners' experience by leveraging tools and automations, such as the Partner Portal, Planhat, and Learning Management System.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and German, with a strong understanding of conducting business in Europe.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to maintain and expand strong relationships with existing partners.
  • Partner/Customer Success Experience: Ability to improve and develop our partner's service offerings from a strategic angle.
  • Finance Knowledge: Good understanding of financial reporting tools and concepts.
  • SaaS Experience: Basic understanding of technical concepts and how SaaS companies work.
  • Comfortable in a Fast-Paced Environment: High level of independence and self-motivation.
  • DACH Market Familiarity: Solid grasp of the DACH market and familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel within the DACH region if needed.
