Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Legal Department as an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Legal Team, including managing documents, coordinating meetings, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documents
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Legal Team
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a legal or financial setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
