Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will support our project teams in all administrative and organizational aspects, including mail management, document control, contract preparation, and accounting.
  • You will assist project teams in their daily tasks, such as coordinating meetings, controlling deadlines, and creating presentations.
  • You may also be involved in project-specific tasks, such as event planning and coordination.
  • As part of our support team, you will act as a communication interface, handling phone calls, providing information, and directing inquiries to the relevant personnel.

Your Qualifications

  • You hold a commercial education, such as a degree in real estate management or a related field.
  • Ideally, you have prior experience in administrative or project support roles, or you are a recent graduate with relevant practical experience.
  • You are flexible, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges.
  • You are proficient in MS Office and have basic English language skills.
  • You possess excellent organizational skills, reliability, and a strong service-oriented mindset.
  • You are confident, organized, and flexible, with a strong ability to work independently.
