About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at LMH Engineering. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of challenging and complex construction projects, planning, controlling, and monitoring the construction process to ensure economic success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including staff and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  • Manage project variations and changes
  • Lead commercial employees and ensure effective project delivery

Requirements

  • Degree in civil engineering with a focus on construction management or training as a construction technician/master with relevant professional experience
  • Strong knowledge of MS-Office and relevant calculation software
  • Excellent communication and assertiveness skills
  • Experience in civil engineering and project management
