Construction Project Leader

Instone Real Estate Development is on the lookout for a proficient Construction Project Leader to become a vital part of our innovative team. If you have a strong passion for overseeing construction initiatives and are seeking a rewarding challenge, this position may be an excellent fit for you.
Your Key Responsibilities- Manage construction initiatives with a minimum financial scope of 20 million euros
- Support the tendering process and the awarding of construction contracts
- Direct projects in alignment with established project management protocols
- Coordinate with subcontractors and various trades on-site
- Address contract modifications, project expenditures, and performance monitoring
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Real Estate Technology
- Extensive experience in residential construction and large-scale project oversight preferred
- Thorough understanding of construction standards, regulations, and best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational and analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
