We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at Exyte Group. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of Hightech-Industrieprojekten, ensuring the quality, procedures, and work processes on site are met.
Key Responsibilities- Baumanagement: Coordinate and oversee the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Site Coordination: Coordinate and manage the activities of subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Progress Monitoring: Regularly review and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and delays.
- EH&S Compliance: Ensure adherence to Exyte Group's Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) policies and procedures.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of site activities, including measurements, inspections, and testing.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, architects, and clients.
- Education: Relevant degree in a field such as construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in construction management, site supervision, or a related field, preferably in the Hightech-Industrieprojekten sector.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of construction laws, local regulations, and industry standards; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Language: Fluency in German and English (C1/C2 level) for effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
