Beschreibung der Position

Wir suchen eine erfahrene Person, die sich auf die Betreuung von Kunden im Bereich Payroll spezialisiert hat. Als Personal Assistant - Payroll werden Sie eigenverantwortlich für die monatliche Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung unserer Kunden sorgen. Dazu gehören die Überwachung der Monatsabschlüsse, die Bescheinigungs- und Meldewesen sowie die Beratung unserer Kunden in Bezug auf die Nutzung unserer Plattform P&I LogaHR.

Aufgaben und Verantwortungen
  • Betreuung von Kunden im Bereich Payroll
  • Monatliche Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Überwachung der Monatsabschlüsse
  • Bescheinigungs- und Meldewesen
  • Beratung von Kunden in Bezug auf die Nutzung von P&I LogaHR
  • Schulung von Kunden in Payroll-Themen
Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen

Wir suchen nach einer Person mit Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Kunden im Bereich Payroll. Eine gute Kenntnis von Payroll-Systemen und -Prozessen ist erforderlich. Darüber hinaus sollten Sie in der Lage sein, sich schnell an neue Situationen anzupassen und effizient zu arbeiten.
