About the Role
Lepaya is seeking a seasoned Strategic Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the enterprise market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire and manage large enterprise accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-level stakeholders, including CEOs, CHROs, and Heads of HR or L&D
- Identify and capitalize on key business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results and meet revenue targets
- Proactively identify and tackle future issues before they escalate
- Manage expectations and articulate reasons for project or timeline changes
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a strategic sales role, preferably in the Finance, ManuPharma, or Consulting industries
- Fluent in English and German
- Located in Germany, preferably Munich or Berlin area
- Experience handling complex solutions and managing longer sales cycles
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions that positively impact the business
- Coaching team members, communication, and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of the industry, market trends, and customer needs
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving revenue targets and strategic objectives
