Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support the delivery of transitions within governance and timescales, ensuring client readiness prior to service commencement.
  • Escalate client concerns and provide cross-functional department support to ensure successful client delivery.
  • Host transition kick-off meetings and internal/client-facing transition meetings.
  • Assign ownership and accountability for all tasks included within the transition plan.
  • Identify gaps or missing critical information during the handoff from sales and solution design to implementation.
  • Ensure CBRE operational teams are fully prepared for the transition from the client enablement team.
  • Support the transition director for Europe by creating and providing regular reports for senior management.
  • Manage the virtual transition team to monitor and report on pre- and post-launch concerns to critical stakeholders.
  • Report weekly and monthly on the status of all workstreams within each live transition.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the data center industry with operational or project management and implementation experience, preferably in operational service management.
  • Process improvement skills and excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to clients.
  • Ability to understand the critical path of any transition delivery and report and escalate as required.
  • Proficient skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project) and Smartsheets.
