Key Responsibilities- Manage and support the delivery of transitions within governance and timescales, ensuring successful client readiness prior to service commencement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the transition process, providing timely and effective communication and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance client enablement and implementation functions.
- Host transition kick-off meetings and internal/external transition meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Assign ownership and accountability for all tasks included within the transition plan, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
- Monitor and report on pre- and post-launch concerns to critical stakeholders, ensuring seamless transition execution.
- Provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting key transition milestones and progress.
- Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
- 5+ years of experience in the data centre industry, with operational or project management and implementation experience.
- Strong process improvement skills, with the ability to analyze and implement changes to enhance client enablement and implementation functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively present information to senior-level client executives.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to clients, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Ability to understand the critical path of any transition delivery and report and escalate as required.
- Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues, demonstrating a high level of self-direction and decision-making.
- Basic knowledge of technology and financial terms and principles, with the ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex documents, with the ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.
- Demonstrable experience with implementations of services and/or software solutions, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Smartsheets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with dynamic objectives, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
