Job Overview At Wargaming, we are seeking a skilled and adaptable Visual Designer to enhance our creative team.
As a Visual Designer, you will be instrumental in defining the visual style by producing engaging concept art that spans various facets of game development.
What will you do?
Environment Design:
Develop concept art for game environments, primarily focusing on exteriors, to enrich player exploration and engagement.
Prop and Object Design:
Create concept art for props, objects, and interactive elements within the game world, contributing detail and depth to the overall environment and gameplay experience.
UI/UX Design:
Collaborate with the UI/UX team to design backgrounds for user interfaces.
Marketing Materials:
Generate concept art for marketing materials, including key art, promotional images, and visual assets for trailers and advertisements, aimed at attracting and engaging players.
Storyboarding:
Assist in the creation of storyboards and visual sequences to visualize narrative elements, cutscenes, and gameplay scenarios, facilitating communication and planning.
Iteration and Revision:
Refine concept designs based on feedback from stakeholders, making necessary adjustments to enhance aesthetics, functionality, and alignment with project goals.

Proven Experience:
A strong portfolio showcasing your concept art skills across various styles and themes within the gaming industry.
Artistic Skills:

Ability to generate original and innovative concepts that push the boundaries of visual design while adhering to the project's artistic direction.
Collaboration:
