About the Role

SAP is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Globalization Product Management team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and driving the localization strategy for SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM products, aligning with market requirements and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage product roadmaps that address localization needs, integrating feedback from stakeholders and market research.
  • Oversee localization projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely execution while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Partner with engineering, QA, and customer success teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of localized features.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to understand localization needs and regulatory requirements in various countries, especially focusing on Germany and the UK.
  • Act as the main point of contact for localization-related queries, providing updates and managing expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Enhance the user experience by ensuring localized content and functionality meet the highest standards.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on localization and internationalization of software products.
  • Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, with practical experience in payroll and HR systems specific to Germany and the UK.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, work cross-functionally, and communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in German and English. Other languages are a plus.
