Wir suchen einen engagierten und strategisch denkenden Leiter (m/w/d) für den Field Service Weiße Ware, der die Herausforderung annimmt, unseren bundesweiten Kundendienst und technischen Support für Haushaltsgeräte maßgeblich aufzubauen, zu gestalten und weiterzuentwickeln.
In dieser anspruchsvollen Position sind Sie zudem verantwortlich für die Leitung sowie die kontinuierliche Optimierung unseres Servicebereichs, mit dem Ziel, höchste Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten und gleichzeitig effiziente und zukunftsorientierte Serviceprozesse zu etablieren.
Verantwortlichkeiten:- Entwicklung einer umfassenden Strategie für den bundesweiten Field Service Bereich, welche Zielsetzung, Budgetierung und Ressourcenplanung umfasst.
- Erstellung eines detaillierten Plans für den Aufbau eines Serviceteams sowie für die notwendige Infrastruktur.
- Etablierung effizienter Serviceprozesse und -verfahren, die darauf abzielen, die Produktivität zu maximieren und Ausfallzeiten zu minimieren.
- Gewährleistung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit durch schnelle und professionelle Problemlösungen sowie durch proaktive Kommunikation mit den Kunden.
- Überwachung des Service-Budgets, der Leistungskennzahlen sowie aktuelle Trends, um kontinuierlich Herausforderungen zu erkennen und Verbesserungen zu initiieren.
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches oder technisches Studium.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung sowie fundierte technische Kenntnisse im Bereich Weiße Ware.
- Praktische Erfahrung im Kundenservice.
- Erfahrung in der Leitung und Motivation von Service-Teams.
- Selbständigkeit, unternehmerisches Denken, Konzeptionsstärke sowie Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit.
