About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced System Marketing Manager to join our team at STMicroelectronics. As a key member of our EMEA Automotive Marketing & Application organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our Automotive Processors solutions to customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to drive sales growth and increase market share for our Automotive Processors solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, R&D, and Digital Products Marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication of marketing strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and deliver technical marketing content, including product briefs, datasheets, and presentations, to support sales and business development efforts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and ensure STMicroelectronics remains competitive

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive or semiconductor industry
  • Strong understanding of automotive architectures and concepts, with a focus on digital products
  • Experience with embedded processing and processor architectures
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
