Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled PC and Network Engineer to join our team at Superior Essex. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure, including server, client, and network hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions to meet business needs
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot server, client, and network hardware and software
  • Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, and hardware
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
