Global Business Development Specialist

Are you a motivated and results-driven professional looking for a challenging role that will take your career to new heights? Hult International Business School is seeking a highly skilled Global Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic Enrolment Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a go-to-market strategy to enroll high-quality students from Germany and Central Europe in our globally ranked postgraduate business programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Enrollment Team to define and implement a go-to-market strategy to enroll internationally-minded students from Germany and Central Europe.
- Represent Hult at various fairs, conferences, and events, and host regional info sessions and meet-and-greet sessions in targeted cities.
- Advise prospective students in person or via telephone and guide them through the enrollment and admission process.
- Nurture relationships with prospective students from initial student contact through to their arrival in class.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and partners.
- Strong commercial instinct, business acumen, and analytical ability, with a proven track record of achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in both English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- A flexible and positive outlook, with a growth mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
