Global Business Development Specialist

Are you a motivated and results-driven professional looking for a challenging role that will take your career to new heights? Hult International Business School is seeking a highly skilled Global Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic Enrolment Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a go-to-market strategy to enroll high-quality students from Germany and Central Europe in our globally ranked postgraduate business programs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Enrollment Team to define and implement a go-to-market strategy to enroll internationally-minded students from Germany and Central Europe
- Represent Hult at various fairs, conferences, and events, and host regional info sessions and meet-and-greet sessions in targeted cities
- Advise prospective students in person or via telephone and guide them through the enrollment and admission process
- Nurture relationships with prospective students from initial student contact through to their arrival in class
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong commercial instinct and business acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good telephone manners and confidence in speaking on the phone
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Fluent in both English and German
