**Deine Aufgaben:**

  • **Hardware-Installation und -Konfiguration**: Du installierst und konfigurierst Computer, sowie die dazugehörige Hardware (Bildschirme, Drucker, Netzwerke)
  • **Problemanalyse und Kundenunterstützung**: Du unterstützt bei der Problemanalyse und bearbeitest Kundenanfragen im Rahmen des Fieldservices vor Ort und remote
  • **IT-Administration**: Du unterstützt uns bei der IT-Administration unserer Kunden und priorisierst die Anfragen

**Was wir von dir erwarten:**

  • Erfahrungen im IT-Support oder IT Administration
  • Erfahrung in Umgang mit Windows Clientadministration ist vorteilhaft
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Ticketsystemen sind vorteilhaft
  • Gute persönliche Arbeitsorganisation und Zeitmanagement, professionelle Kommunikation in Kundensituationen und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache
  • Führerschein Klasse B ist unabdingbar, da diverse Standorte im Rahmen des Fieldservices bedient werden müssen
