E-Commerce Process Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Process Specialist to join our international team at Bosch. As a key member of our global eShop solution development and operation team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative technical solutions for our e-commerce platform.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain e-commerce processes from an IT system perspective, with a focus on master data processes, customer registration, and product catalogue management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions that meet business requirements.
- Work closely with the central user department to transform business process requirements into IT process requirements.
- Provide guidance to support experts on process evaluation, problem-solving, and feedback.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics or a related field.
- Experience: Several years of B2B e-commerce expertise in consulting or industry, with a focus on platform implementation and deep integration with Enterprise-IT.
- Skills: Agile project management, experience with PM tools like Atlassian, Jira, and Confluence, and strong presentation and coordination skills.
- Personality: Strong team player with an adaptable mindset, high customer orientation, and change management skills.
